Team You Will Join.
The Kidari&Lezhin Americas Content Team is an organization dedicated to translating and localizing Korean webtoons into English and Spanish.
We create webtoons tailored to the characteristics of the English/Spanish languages used in the Americas, offering a global reading experience.
Responsibilities.
- Oversee the translation quality of webtoons translated from Korean to Spanish.
- Manage the global serialization schedule of translated works.
- Handle communication with translation freelancers and outsourcing companies.
Qualifications.
- Experience in translating content (subtitles, dubbing, games) into Spanish.
- For Koreans, a minimum of DELE level C or higher is required.
- For foreigners, a minimum of TOPIK level 5 or higher is required.
Preferred Qualifications.
- Prior experience in webtoon translation.
- Project management experience related to content.

Hiring Process.
- Document screening > 1st interview > Personality test > 2nd interview > Final acceptance and treatment consultation.
- A translation task will be assigned before the first interview.
- Translation task: Webtoon translation (details provided only to eligible applicants).
- After the first interview, a practical test will be conducted.
- Practical test: Translation review (details provided only to eligible candidates).

- A 3-month contract trial period is applicable.
- No difference in treatment, such as salary, during the trial period.
