Job Position.
As a part of the operations team, your role will involve managing CX tasks.
Open to candidates with varying levels of experience
Following a 3-month internship contract, the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position will be considered based on performance. (Performance evaluation criteria will be discussed and defined collaboratively.)
Key Responsibilities.
Service operations (product registration and management)
Handle customer service inquiries (basic inquiries, order management, payment issues, bugs)
Offer concierge services to customers
Korean-Japanese Translations
Qualifications.
Effective communication skills with team members and proficiency in Korean
Interest in information related to restaurants, cafes, and travel
Desire to provide accurate and diverse information to foreign travelers visiting Korea
Active operation of personal SNS
Preferred Qualifications.
Experience in customer service-related roles
Over 1 year of content production experience
Proficiency in using tools required for content creation, such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Illustrator and Photoshop for content creation.
